Looking back, looking forward.

Happy New Year everyone! It truly wasn’t my intention to take a break from blogging over the Christmas period; it just sort of happened. I’ve quite got out of the blogging habit. We’ve spent time with family and time as a couple. Freya and I visited Chatsworth House, all done up for Christmas in a theme of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

I’ve slept an extra couple of hours each night. Going back to work on Monday will come as a shock! So looking back, these were my most popular makes of 2013.

And looking forward? Well, I’ve started on new makes and I’ve a new camera to play with to improve my photography. I’ve also a wedding to plan and make for too. So Happy New 2014! Wishing everyone a thoroughly crafty time. I can’t wait to continue our mutual appreciation of each other’s makes and observations. And I did finish that cable scarf.

    1. Mine is in July, when’s yours?
I’ve lots of ideas in my head. I must make a start on making up some examples soon or I’ll just go into panic mode!
Looks like 2014 will be big for both of us!

  1. Pleased to hear that I am not the only one who has been absent from blogging during the festive season. Work was crazy busy, then the preparation for Christmas I just never had a minute to spare. I am so happy to be back in touch with everyone again and am looking forward to hearing all about the new projects. Wishing you and all your readers a healthy, happy and prosperous 2014.

    1. I’ve managed to snatch just a couple of short afternoons to myself over this two week period. I don’t know where the time has gone apart from in housework!
Why does there seem so much washing to do? We seem to have worn twice as many clothes than normal!
