It rather hectic here.
Lots of WIPs fitted in between work and life.
So instead of not blogging at all, I thought I’d show you last Christmas’s makes. We hung these on the tree at the weekend.
Excuse the photo quality. I’m toying with gifting myself a SLR camera but I don’t know where to start. Any advice gratefully received!
First the fimo

And now for the felt

Lets not forget a little decopatch

I visited a fabulous craft fair at Hoghton Towers, Hoghton, near Preston, on Sunday. Freya and I have not had time to add to our fimo collection this year so we bought these two.

It was the best handcrafted fair I have visited all year. Beautiful gifts at decent prices, not too cheap, or too expensive.
There were some great contemporary crochet stalls from which we bought and came away with lots of ideas.
How are your preparations going?
Love, Lucie x
What beautiful Christmas decorations. Mr Penguin, the felt snowman and the Decopatch heart are my favourites xx

Thank you. Sometimes I wonder when I had the time to do all these. And we made extra for gifts.

These are lovely! We’re all set for christmas round mine – everything’s red and white and was put up on 1st December! Nothing wrong with being super prepared…

That does sound like preparation! I love a theme but ours is generally just ‘homemade’.

We had messed around with fimo for a couple of years before we had a go with these. Our early attempts were not too professional looking! For these we copied some that were for sale at Lakeland which made it even more satisfying not to have spent £20!
