Last night I completed my crochet stash bucket. That is, a bucket made from my cotton stash in which to store my cotton stash.

I cannot take any credit for the idea. It came from here.

This has been taunting me on my crochet Pinterest board for a while now.
Click on the image for the link to the pattern.
Love, Lucie xx
ooohhh it’s lovely! I don’t know how to crochet yet…. plus I think I’d have to make several – one doesn’t seem enough for the amount of stash I’d inevitably have!

Ha, ha. This is just part of my stash, believe me. But it is all my dk crochet cotton. Now collected all in one place.

Thankyou. I made cushions using these colourways for Christmas presents a couple of years ago so I knew they worked well together.

Thank you! I love how it has turned out but it does need to be filled in order to keep its shape. I did starch it which helped but think she has used a thicker yarn.

I love the bag. The texture and the colours are stunning. I haven’t dared look at the pattern as it screams ‘complicated’ !!!! xx

It so wasn’t complicated. Just half trebles and doubles. I’m sure you could manage.
