Do you know those Rafflecopter things you sometimes see on blogs or twitter or facebook?
The ones where you get one chance for a follow and one chance for a like and one for a retweet etc? Well I came across one recently on the Needle and Ted blog. If you’d like to see some truly amazing contemporary children’s clothing, then this is the blog for you.
Olu had recently met 13 other bloggers on a truely European sewing bloggers meet up in Paris. They were fortunate to have had their trip sponsored by many different suppliers and therefore were able to host a fabulous giveaway with some of the goodies they had receviced. I won 3rd prize. And what a prize!
The third prize included a flowery cotton poplin from Lillestoff, white jersey from Nosh, blue stretch fabric with Cupcakes from mon depot, a paper pattern from Compagnie M., spools from Aurifil and a sewing magazine from stoffe.de.
I’m not sure where to start but I do have my eye on this pattern from the magazine.
Which I thought I would make up in this.
Or maybe this.
BTW. Thank you so much for all the messages you sent me, wishing me good luck in my new job.
It’s now Day 2 and I’m having an industrious day, no longer feeling like the newbie of yesterday!
Love, Lucie xx
Congrats!

Wow congrats! That’s an amazing prize. Interestingly I also have the magazine, but an Italian version of it. I’ve yet to make anything from it, but I too am drawn to the sleeveless top that you picked out. By the way, how’s your German, perhaps we can compare notes, if we get stuck on the instructions?
